and select Manage.

• Select Services

• Select Print spooler

from the list of services

• Select “Stop”

Browse to the following

location:

C:\Windows\System32\spool

drivers

• Open the w32x86

folder (if 32 bit)

• Open the x64 folder (if

64 bit)

Open the “3” Folder
